Our initial session will explore what is happening and assess the current needs. From there we will develop a plan to take action that will effectively change your current workplace dynamics.

I will work with you to better understand the conflict, share useful techniques and process to use when emotions are high, and develop effective ways to communicate.

You will immediately experience changes in your labor-management relations and be able to implement these tools and strategies in your workplace.
